Heavy-duty construction for integration into an earth-built bike park; 3-sided embankment recommended. Construction: galvanized square steel tube frame, leveling feet for height adjustment, underpass cladding made of galvanized sheet steel, riding surface: curve and platform made of 8 mm Skateface, EPDM rubber edge protection profile on the side radii and all around the platform, without transition plate.

Construction: made of galvanized steel 40x40x2, frame bolted with cross braces, leveling feet for height adjustment with M16 thread and mounting holes.
Cladding: underpass cladding made of pressure-treated wooden slats 40 x 200 x 1,320 mm, screwed to the frame with self-drilling screws SK 6.3 x 70 mm.
Side and front cladding made of 1.5 mm galvanized sheet steel, fastened with self-drilling screws.
Riding surface: curve and platform made of 8 mm Skateface.
Safety: EPDM L edge protection profile on the side radii and all around the platform, bolted on 3 sides.
Transition plate: none, as the curve and ground tube are flush.
