Miniramp in Plan-les-Ouates with individual skatepark design<\/h2>\n

As early as 2015, local skaters in Plan-les-Ouates jointly developed the design for a new miniramp. This resulted in a special combination of a classic miniramp and street elements, enabling different riding styles and creative lines. <\/p>\n

Co-developed by the local skate scene<\/h3>\n

Part of the facility was deliberately built higher, reaching an almost vertical 90\u00b0 surface. In the lower section, the miniramp transitions into a Spine-to-Street element<\/strong>, thereby connecting transition and street skating within a single facility. <\/p>\n

By directly involving local skaters, the design could be specifically tailored to their wishes and requirements.<\/p>\n

Installation in Summer 2016<\/h3>\n

In summer 2016, the custom-designed miniramp was delivered and installed in Plan-les-Ouates. With a width of 9 meters<\/strong> and a height of 2.20 meters<\/strong>, it offers ample space for varied runs and different tricks. <\/p>\n

Skateface<\/strong> was used as the riding surface. This robust surface is specifically designed for skate facilities and ensures consistent riding characteristics during intensive use. <\/p>\n

Thus, a versatile miniramp was created in the Geneva municipality of Plan-les-Ouates, combining classic ramp elements with street skating.<\/p>\n
