It consists of a horizontal base frame with integrated EPDM rubber fall protection surfacing, a climbing wall with climbing holds, an information board with rules, and an anti-climb roof. The construction and dimensions comply with EN CE 12572 standard for climbing walls in public areas. <\/p>\n
Base Frame 7 m x 2.44 m:
\nThe base frame is made of galvanized steel with adjustable feet.<\/p>\n
Climbing Wall 4 m x 3 m:
\nVertical surface with slight overhangs, high-quality climbing holds. The wall consists of a galvanized steel frame with bracing, clad on the front and sides. The rear is clad with aluminum sheets. <\/p>\n
Fall Protection Surfacing:
\nWater-permeable EPDM fall protection with an elastic layer and a wear layer. The color can be customized according to customer preferences. <\/p>\n
Information Board:
\nCustomizable information board with rules according to EN CE 12572 standard, galvanized and powder-coated in a color of the customer’s choice. <\/p>\n
Logistics:
\nFor transport, the unit is loaded in one piece onto the bed of a low-loader. At the destination, the climbing wall is unloaded with a locally commissioned truck crane. <\/p>\n
Assembly:
\nAssembly and disassembly are carried out by truck crane. Leveling feet on the metal frame are used to align the climbing wall on the ground.
