Le site traditionnel de Brunnenhof \u00e0 Zurich, qui a abrit\u00e9 Radio SRF pendant des d\u00e9cennies, est en train de revivre : depuis 2025, il abrite un centre scolaire moderne avec des salles de classe, une \u00e9cole de musique et des zones de mouvement polyvalentes. Sous la direction de Jovanka Rakic<\/strong><\/b> du Amt f\u00fcr Hochbauten der Stadt Z\u00fcrich<\/strong><\/b> et selon les plans de Spillmann Echsle Architekten<\/strong><\/b>, l\u2019ensemble historique a \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement transform\u00e9 et adapt\u00e9 aux besoins des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures. <\/span><\/p>\n

De l\u2019histoire de la radio \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation du futur<\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Le studio de radio de Zurich, ouvert en 1933, a marqu\u00e9 la culture radiophonique suisse pendant pr\u00e8s de 90 ans. Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement de SRF \u00e0 Leutschenbach en 2022, le site situ\u00e9 derri\u00e8re la Bucheggplatz a \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9. Au lieu de d\u00e9molir et de reconstruire, la ville de Zurich mise sur une r\u00e9affectation bien pens\u00e9e : un projet mod\u00e8le qui montre comment la conservation du patrimoine et l\u2019architecture contemporaine peuvent se conjuguer. <\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019immeuble de huit \u00e9tages abritera \u00e0 l\u2019avenir des salles de classe pour environ 15 classes. L\u2019ancienne cantine sera transform\u00e9e en cantine pour l\u2019exploitation de l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e0 journ\u00e9e continue, et deux anciens studios de radio seront conserv\u00e9s comme salles de concert et d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. <\/span><\/p>\n

Bouger \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur : cube d\u2019escalade et parkour<\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

L\u2019espace ext\u00e9rieur du Brunnenhof est \u00e9galement r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9 et transform\u00e9 en un lieu de mouvement, de rencontre et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Le nouveau cube d\u2019escalade<\/strong><\/b>, livr\u00e9 par Vertical Technik AG<\/strong><\/b>, un sp\u00e9cialiste suisse des installations de fitness et de loisirs en plein air, est un point fort. De m\u00eame, l\u2019installation de parkour<\/strong><\/b> a \u00e9t\u00e9 partiellement r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Vertical Technik AG : elle offre de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s de sport, de jeu et de mouvement et invite les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ainsi que la population du quartier \u00e0 participer. <\/span><\/p>\n

Un projet visionnaire<\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

La cheffe de projet Jovanka Rakic<\/strong><\/b> souligne l\u2019importance du projet : \u00ab Nous transformons un lieu charg\u00e9 d\u2019histoire en un espace d\u2019apprentissage et de rencontre vivant. Le Brunnenhof deviendra un lieu o\u00f9 l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la musique et le mouvement se rencontrent de mani\u00e8re inspirante. \u00bb Avec la transformation du Brunnenhof, la ville de Zurich montre comment les b\u00e2timents existants peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re judicieuse et tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019avenir pour de nouvelles fins \u00e9ducatives : un mod\u00e8le pour le d\u00e9veloppement urbain durable et la culture du b\u00e2ti v\u00e9cue. <\/span><\/p>\n
