Climbing cube in Bennwil at the school

Since summer 2020, a modular climbing cube consisting of two interconnected elements has been standing on the upper school grounds of Bennwil Primary School. The multi-sided climbing cubes can be flexibly combined and offer children varied opportunities for climbing, balancing and movement.

Modular climbing area with impact protection

The municipality of Bennwil opted for an impact-absorbing surface made of wood chips. Since the maximum fall height is below three meters, the freely accessible facility can be used without permanent supervision.

The climbing cubes are designed as robust bouldering and play elements for public spaces and are particularly suitable for schoolyards, playgrounds and recreational facilities.

Safety according to EN 1176

The climbing cubes are built according to the requirements of playground standard EN 1176 and meet the corresponding safety requirements for publicly accessible play areas.

This created a compact, versatile movement area in Bennwil that meaningfully complements the existing school grounds
