Description
This equipment offers three training options:
Leg Raise: Support yourself with your forearms on the pads and stabilize your upper body while your back rests against the backrest. From this position, raise your legs (straight or bent) in a controlled manner forward until they are approximately horizontal. Then lower your legs slowly and in a controlled manner, without arching your back.
Pull-Up: Grip the bar with both hands at your desired grip width and hang down in a stable position. Then pull your body up in a controlled manner until your chin is above the bar, engaging your back and arms. Then lower yourself slowly and in a controlled manner back to the starting position.
Parallel Bar Dip: Support yourself with straight arms on the bars and stabilize your upper body. Then bend your arms in a controlled manner and lower your body until your shoulders are approximately level with your elbows. Then push yourself slowly back up to the starting position.
Construction: Made of square steel tube 80 x 80 mm galvanized and powder-coated in RAL color according to customer requirements, welded caps, bolted to concrete base with M12 adhesive anchors
