Expansion of the Hombrechtikon Skatepark

For the modernization of the Hombrechtikon skatepark, Vertical Technik AG carried out the relocation of existing concrete elements as well as the delivery and installation of new skatepark obstacles. The goal was to optimize the facility and expand the usage options for skaters of all skill levels.

Relocation of Existing Concrete Elements

As part of the project, an existing concrete obstacle within the skatepark was moved to a new location. After cutting the existing joints, threaded anchors were installed and the elements were precisely repositioned using a mobile crane.

This was followed by:

  • Alignment and grouting of the concrete elements
  • Creation of new joints
  • Sealing of the lifting holes
  • Concrete repairs and surface restoration

Professional execution allowed the existing element to be seamlessly integrated into the new park design.
