Mobile Climbing Wall

Mobile bouldering wall with fall protection area:
This mobile climbing wall can be used in public spaces and without supervision. It consists of a horizontal base frame with integrated fall protection covering made of EPDM rubber, a climbing wall with climbing holds, an information board with the rules and an over-climbing protection (roof). The construction and dimensions comply with the EN CE 12572 standard for climbing walls in public areas.

Base frame 7 mx 2.44 m:
The base frame is made of galvanized steel with adjustable feet.

Climbing wall 4 m x 3 m:
Vertical surface with slight entanglements, climbing holds of high quality. The wall is made of galvanized steel frame with braces, covered in front and sides. The back is covered with aluminum sheets.

Fall protection covering:
Water-permeable EPDM fall protection with elastic layer and wear layer. The color can be designed according to the customer's requirements.

Information board:
Customizable information board with rules according to EN CE 12572 standard galvanized and powder coated in color according to customer's requirements.

Logistics:
For transportation, the equipment is loaded in one piece on the bridge of a low loader. At the destination, the climbing wall is unloaded by a locally contracted truck crane.

Assembly:
Assembly and disassembly are done by truck-mounted crane. Leveling feet on the metal frame are used to align the climbing wall on the ground. A water tank with 1000 liters of water is connected to the climbing wall as a weight for securing the climbing wall against strong winds.
